Keith Zimmer was named the new commissioner of ECPW Empire State.  His first act of business was making IB Green defend his title against his childhood friend Anarchy.  To keep the Enterprise from interfering, Zimmer made himself the special ref.
 
Big Poppa Chill won a 4-way dance over Dave the Wave, Big Ben Cromwell, and Brett Medrik
 
The Rainbow Warrior, Robert Norton, and Big Country defeated the Perfect Weapon Shawn Armstrong, Mark Kreiger, and Superbad in a six-man tag.  After the match Kreiger blamed Armstrong for the loss and him and Superbad beat up the students of the 607 Wrestling Academy.  This match marked the mangerial debut of Glen Post - the first handicapped manger in pro wrestling history
 
Damien Darkchild won a Students Battle Royal, then proclaimed that starting in April ECPW would be taken over by DARKNESS
 
Little Daddy C and the Peacemaker attacked the Rainbow Warrior during intermission
