DE MAN RETURNS

7/24 - Last night at ECPW's Proving Ground, fans were surprised when the opponent of the Japanese Assassin was announced.  After spending roughly 17 months in exile following his loss of the ECPW Heavyweight Championship to Danny Inferno, Dan De Man has returned to ECPW!  No doubt feeling he had something to prove, Dan was able to take down the lethal and larger Assassin.  Although he has made no formal statements it would only be a matter of time before he is back in that ECPW Title hunt.

A PARAMUS CURSE?

4/25 - *SPOILER WARNING* At our most recent TV Taping at the venerable Elk's Lodge in Paramus the "Luck of The Draw" saw a triple threat TV Title Match pitting new champion, Dan Mandini, against former champion, Jay Santana, and the energetic and popular CK Kross, which saw Kross, who many considered the dark horse in that match come out on top and become the new ECPW Television champion.  Even with outside interference from the Repeat Offenders, Mandini ending the Jersey Devil's three-year-plus reign as champion was no small feat, but within the chaos of the match there was an advantage that went to CK.  This is the Fifth major title change in Paramus in the last year which is beginning fuel suspicion of a supposed "Paramus Curse" that may leave many champions wondering if they can walk out of the Elk's Lodge with their titles.  Tune in to Adrenaline TV in the coming weeks to see this amazing match.  *END SPOILERS*

We tried to get thoughts from our champions: "I think this curse is a bunch of crap, especially when someone tried to take MY title from me," said Heavyweight Champion, Andrew Anderson.  When we tried to reach Light Heavyweight Champion Timothy Plazma to see what he thought of the supposed curse he was heard to remark, "Yeah."

THE END OF A THREE YEAR REIGN, A TAG TEAM & MORE

4/7 - In shocking news, after over three years and HUNDREDS of successful title defenses The Jersey Devil has lost the ECPW Television Championship to Dan Mandini.  One can argue although Mandini is the current champion, Devil lost it at the hands of The Repeat Offenders, as there was a multitude of interference, and some underlined writing in the record books when all was said and done.  An enraged Devil swore revenge on The Offenders and anyone else who would get in  his way.

The Owens Brothers have officially broken up their tag team, after being unable to regain the ECPW Tag Team Titles for the third time.  The tension has been brewing between the two for some time now and gold may have been thicker than blood at this point.  Neither Jay nor Tre could be reached for comment. - BREAKING NEWS UPDATE on that story, a match between the two has been signed for 4/30 in Perth Amboy for Spring Slam!
